Helmet of East Aurora, NY native & WWI veteran of 77th Infantry Division. Blue and yellow Statue of Liberty on the front. The 77th landed in France in April 1918. This soldier saw action in the Meuse-Argonne offensive, one of the largest engagements in the history of the US Army.
