@ThreeUKSupport No solutions offered worked, “contact us” page on your website just sends you around in circles, if your problem isn’t covered by the FAQ you’re out of luck. Glad to say I’m leaving this crap network in a few weeks as my contract is up. Good riddance!
If I try to use a different address it just says “Please check the details you entered are correct”. So I can’t use my email address because it’s registered to another account, and I can’t use another because it’s not the one I used when I opened the contract. Any suggestions?

@ThreeUKSupport It says I have to use the email I gave when I first joined 3. That’s the email that’s registered to the other account. I have two accounts and one email address.
All this was dumped weeks ago by a property developer in L22, it’s a trip & health hazard and looks awful.
