Apple’s penny pinching at the Genius Bar strikes again. I‘ve used my 2 AppleCare+ incidents, and that’s my fault (though one was for water damage on a “waterproof” phone), but I asked for an exception so that I didn’t have to pay $599 to then immediately upgrade to iPhone 11 Pro.
