@Nessakins_ I'm sorry. It's a sick feeling when you're active and you think you've injured something major. Legitimately emotional. My wife did her ACL skiing and went thru all of it.
@txsalth2o@60SecsofVegas@Soaringeagle45 The only reason we ever had name brand cereal was that dad sat at the kitchen table scouring the weekly ad sheets for sales and clipping coupons to use on double and triple coupon days.
@MCCCANM My wife and I unintendedly upped our cooking game about a decade ago by using Blue Apron for a couple years. Taught us so much about cooking, added massive variety to our repertoire, and supplied us with hundreds of recipes that we still use weekly. (Made one last night)
@WS2008@txsalth2o We were fortunate to find a personal training place that does small group fitness classes aimed at strength for the local high school kids. They preach good diet habits along with the strength training & conditioning and have young female trainers my girl can relate to.
@txsalth2o If she's at all science-y, the guys over at Barbell Medicine generally rely on/interpret research & have a large library. Might be able to find some episodes in there that align. I wouldn't say it's generally appealing to a teen though.
@PJMatt@chillicothe20@DanMcClinton1@guypbenson It *does* remove potential opportunity for any creative shenanigans like trying to fashion some sort of net or basket from the uniform for extra reach or catch radius.
