There is a video going viral claiming that the TASMAC shop near Shrine Velankanni School in T Nagar has been closed down. Even the Chairman of the school made a video thanking CM Joseph Vijay. However, this is the reality as of 12:10 PM today. The shop is still operational and has not been closed. Officials have been given two weeks to shut down all 700+ TASMAC shops. Let’s see.

In elections, in rain, in crowded and tense situations, they literally run forward with their heavy equipments camera, live bag and Tripod throughout the day. Through their lens, we see reality. The field today is highly competitive.. thrusting into crowds, chaos. One moment they're fighting for a shot, the next they're back to being friendly. It’s tough, and often risky.

All they ask for is simple a little appreciation, and the recognition they truly deserve.

No amount of buses can solve our capacity problem when we don’t focus on improving our road infrastructure. High time we act on the proposed Chennai - Salem - Coimbatore Expressway and eight laning the GST Road at least upto Ulundurpettai.

We can’t keep on repeating this everytime without seeing any action. People taking 6 hours to reach Chengalpattu from Perungudi & Porur is horrible.

We need more special trains as well. It’s criminal to see @gmsrailway operating just a total of only 2 special trains operated for elections from Chennai (Egmore to Madurai & Podanur). One train can keep 25 buses and hundreds of cars off the roads during this time, easing the roads a bit.

TN can’t keep on sitting on Expressway projects and things would get only worse from here every single year.
