@GWRHelp I need to get from London to westbury but all the trains from Paddington are delayed indefinitely or cancelled. Can I travel from Waterloo? The official note only says Waterloo-Reading but I need to get to westbury. Travelling with a 7 year old.

@SkyHelpTeam Well inputting the IMEI just ends up with Samsung expecting the phone to be sent to them which we can't do as the phone has been sent to sky ... Also the offer says a bill credit will be applied for existing sky customers, no mention of needing to claim from samsung

@SkyHelpTeam No because the Samsung website asks for the old phone IMEI number and the old phone was sent to sky as part of the swap deal

query this I am told I need to claim the offer from Samsung. But when I try to claim from Samsung they can't help as I sent my phone to sky as a swap. Calling isn't helping as I keep being told to claim the offer from Samsung. Can you help please

@SamsungUK @hannahwitton Yes I was very socially isolated when Samsung locked my phone despite having received and processed my trade in device 5 days before the trade in deadline!!

@abi_carey @SamsungUK Yep mine had to be sent by the 14th, I sent it on the 9th and it was received on the 11th.... got locked on the 13th! Makes no sense

@SamsungUK I've just had a message pop up on my phone saying it will be locked in 24 hrs due to an incomplete trade in? Even though I've sent you my trade in device and had a confirmation email (order ref 561337)
Please can you make sure my device isn't locked!!
