Proof that @bookingcom is avoiding responsibility — they’re looking for any excuse not to refund my money, even though I provided full evidence. Now they’re blaming the currency, even though the payment was made in Saudi Riyals from a Saudi bank. This is not a reason — it’s just an excuse. #BookingScam

[jojo-alshahri @jojoalshahri]

@UthmanBhat @bookingcom We tooooooooo

[jojo-alshahri @jojoalshahri]

I was overcharged by @bookingcom and they refused to refund the extra amount. I paid in Saudi Riyals from a Saudi bank — yet they demanded a document that doesn’t even exist in our banking system. They used that as an excuse to keep my money. This isn’t just bad service — it’s theft. Full proof below. #BookingScam #FraudAlert

[jojo-alshahri @jojoalshahri]

@bookingcom I got scammed by a global platform! Here’s how https://t.co/cwZ2HTaAs5 took more money than agreed – with proof! They demanded a document no Saudi bank can provide, and used that excuse to keep the extra money they overcharged me. Apparently, Saudi currency means nothing to them.

[jojo-alshahri @jojoalshahri]

@ReviewSupp60902 I’ve shared it several times already. It’s frustrating to see you act like you’re being open, while your poor service tells a different story.

[jojo-alshahri @jojoalshahri]

@bookingcom As you can see you have to wait 1 more month to get in answer from them to solve the problem that booking made by themselves when they take my money

[jojo-alshahri @jojoalshahri]

@Anawmaly @bookingcom And the Customer service seems to be professionally trained in how to avoid solving problems rather than actually solving them.
