Hey @greateranglia. I've just had my delay repay claim rejected because "there is no Smartcard usage data available while travelling through a station with barrier access." Why do you have this page telling me how to scan my card at the barriers then? https://t.co/FUJAJh2HEW
The UK and US electoral systems are both woefully unfit for purpose. In the UK you can get a massive parliamentary majority on a third of the votes, and in the US you can lose by 3 million votes and still win. Both have happened in recent years. It's insane.
I’ve come to abandon the use case for LLMs to summarize text because the summaries usually miss vital parts and are disappointing when I look closer. Australian government now has proof this is the case.
Another proof that LLMs have more limitations we need to understand.
Apparently @EE can't repair my Pixel 7a screen without wiping the phone due to data protection, even though it has a repair mode which prevents them accessing my data.
A company has just sent me some digital tickets as a QR code where the black parts are black and the white parts are transparent. So it's completely unusable on my phone where I have a dark background.
People who answer phone calls mid conversation, especially at work are assholes. You wouldn't just start talking to someone else in person if you're interrupted, it's no different for a phone call. Just call them back afterwards.
When you reply to Trump, Musk, Farage, or any of the other bellends with a 'witty zinger', they don't see it. There are already thousands of replies. Your interaction, however, has pushed their hateful rhetoric into the feeds of people who follow you. Well done.
Five Just Stop Oil protestors jailed for 4 & 5 years. Bet they wish they'd only filled our rivers with shit or taken £203m for providing dodgy PPE.
Presumably Question Time will have Nigel Farage on every single week now that he is actually an MP, rather than only every other week when he was just a grifting gobshite.
I just can’t get past Labour winning 65% of seats off 34% of the vote.
Absolutely wild mismatch between the headline result and, well, everything else.
Britain is now a multi-party system, and first-past-the-post can’t cope.
