@DaveHcontrarian@_OutlierTrading All the panic in the metals today makes me think we are putting in a bottom today or close to it.
I think TLT put in a bottom a couple weeks ago.
@ClintRLamb This isn't new. A player who gets redshirt plus 4 years of ball would be 23 (medical redshirt can bring them to 24). Difference is the transfer portal, now these guys transfer from lower level schools to majors to show they can compete (which gets them drafted)
@TheEXECUTlONER_ The runner is out. Any slight movement towards second has always been seen as an "attempt". However, I've always wanted that rule changed to where the runner isn't committed until he crosses the foul line (taking judgement out of the call)
@DaveHcontrarian@Papapump1979@UDiamondBalls If I remember correctly, back in 2008, they had to respond in a matter of days to prevent a total collapse (like backing money markets). All it would take is them delaying a few weeks and it could get out of control.
@elonmusk My experience, I got the original COVID viris as well and had no symptoms (I had to get tested because I traveled). Then I got the vaccine, and I was shaking uncontrollably that night and had an unreal headache
@DaveHcontrarian@ngrevas@DaveHcontrarian Do you expect software stocks to get hit harder than the average during the bust? Software stocks are are getting pressure due to AI and I'm wondering if they just get destroyed when the bust hits
@iamalmostlegend My issue with Pulp Fiction... In 1992, nobody would have used that word multiple times like that with a black dude in the room. No way.
Now Taxi was made in 1976 and in the context of that scene, the use of the word is more believable.
@horrormuseum The theatrical ending is more in line with the overall story. It makes more sense that Alex wants Dan to herself even if that means hurting his family. In this ending, she wants destroy herself to punish Dan forever.
@thechosenberg It's not his income. It's his assets (cash, 401k, investments). Look at the return of the SP500 over the last 10 years. Have AI run the numbers. If he maxed out the 401k and got lucky with some investments, he is at least close to a $1M and maybe $2-3M if he got lucky.
@DaveHcontrarian @outlieroptions @DaveHcontrarian What is your option on ratio charts? Like gold-silver ratios, gold-sp500, silver-oil for example. Do you use ratios in your analysis? Are they a useful tool?
@DaveHcontrarian@joeschmo88888 I think a lot of people haven't seen a top. I remember the top in tech bubble. When it started to roll over, all I heard was not to worry, it always comes back. All this top talk in silver makes me think we are going higher.
@DaveHcontrarian@Susan_EKP@BorisSFL @wholeyodhao @GeoMetric_9 If I remember correctly, the 2008/09 downturn was about to get really nasty until the government decided to back money market funds. Do you think they will have to do the same thing this time around?
@DaveHcontrarian@forexstophunter@DaveHcontrarian I've seen you talk about leverage in the system. Are you counting leverage ETFs in your analysis? Those products didn't exist in 2000 and were just starting in 2008. I've seen no one mention them, and I wondering about counter party risk in a bust scenario.
