This week I was wrongly criticized.

This is how I coped::

- knowing that Jesus is sinless yet crucified 1 Pet. 2:22

-focus on who that person is rather than what they suggest I did.

- commitment to understand and grow instead of blame and become embittered.

Reader tip; How-to books are books that teach you how to do something.

We need to learn to take more satisfaction in implementing the 'how-to' more than enjoying the quick dopamine rush we get from finishing the book.

it is better to read 1 book really well than 6 books really fast.
