@gak_pdx If you think that was "marching like trash", look up the video of the Canadian army marching on Canada Day this year. Not a single person in the squad was marching in step, not even with the same gait. Some were goose stepping, some just walking and some were shuffling.
@ruhlax_guy@memeticsisyphus And running 30 marathons in 30 days, but only at night between 10pm and 4am, when no one could see him to corroborate his story, then going to work in the morning without being tired.
@K3brows@_ClimateCraze You expect someone who doesn't know who those scientists are to know the data? If you are following the science closely enough to not simply be regurgitating the media narrative, you would know the name of at least one scientist doing the research.
@GermaRevolta@Tomhennessey69@MattWalshBlog Different person. This is the boy's father. The cameraman with the dropped SA charge is a different guy. He self-deported and did not testify at the trial.
@ReviewsPossum Correction: Just like most "art" in modern times, it is also a way to pay someone off. So the buyer does not need to be able to sell it on if the sale was payment for off the books activities in the first place.
@SomeBitchIIKnow@kroger I fired them from that job back when they started that BS where the sticker price wasn't the price unless you let them track your purchases via a member card. Same for Walgreens.
@PatriotWoman22@NatCon2022 The actual facts of this case are bad enough. Don't make up stuff.
The cameraman is not the child's father. To my knowledge, the jury wasn't Somolian either.
No it is not. "Broken windows" is the acknowledgement that not punishing the transgressions against small violations of community cleanliness, maintenance, and public behavioral standards not only makes the community a shitty place to live, it also encourages the miscreants to push boundaries, committing larger and larger violations of societal norms, until, eventually, they are robbing and murdering people with impunity.
@NoCRTinSchools@ClownWorld Yes, please ignore the cost in dollars per square foot, the standard way to compare the cost of big vs. small houses. A small house that has 400 sq. ft., should cost 1/10th the cost of a house with 4000 sq. ft. These rip-off tiny houses cost 3 times the $/sq ft they should.
@Cmdr_Cooley@ReviewsPossum Except that would actually be realistic. It takes certain population sizes to maintain different levels of technology. Also, modern skills are so specialized and dispersed via global trade that it is easy to lose critical parts in the tech chain.
Went to the new Chipotle in my town last weekend for the first and last time. The outside of the building was nice, but the inside was a 3rd world slop factory. Food pieces scattered all over the prep table, as well as half covered with dirty pans stacked 5 high. The grill was not only not clean but looked like they just scraped the old leftover meat juices out of the way before slapping down the next thing on the grill. The marketing department apparently thinks everyone orders online because there was not a single picture of a meal in the entire restaurant. McDonald's "edible product" at least looks good.
@wentovryourhead@venom1s@StanWil14145920 Thanks "account based in America". Your advice is truly appreciated! Let me just put it in this circular storage bin.
Americans always talk about themselves as if they don't the live in the place their account is "based in".
@canuckfan87@jmsesler@matthewmaddock@GavinNewsom Since you asked nicely, the way to do your job is to clear underbrush, do selective logging, cut firebreaks, and perform controlled burns.
You're welcome.
@Sylvest1963@WallStreetApes Yep. Pink toy poodles are exactly the same as Great Bernards. All one race, the dog race. Some dogs prefer riding around in women's purses, some hunt foxes, others like to run, and some like to rip the faces and arms off of children, but all are dogs, just different lifestyles.
