It was a joy to come together for the patronal festival of St Brynach for the communities of Pontfaen, Dinas Cross & Nevern. Thank you to everyone who made it a great evening! We didn’t get a photo during the service, but as a consolation, here are the two Vicars post tea & cake!
This Sunday at St Mary's #Fishguard!

This Saturday is the start of our #DiscipleshipExplored course! It begins at 10am in St Peter's Hall Goodwick. It's a great course to go beyond the basics, to dig into being an apprentice of Jesus & live well as a local church community. There will be cake! Hope to see you there.
Have you seen the new banner outside St Mary’s #Fishguard? 👀

St Mary’s #Fishguard is doing a fundraising #crypticquiz. There are 30 questions. All the answers are creatures. Some are cryptic, some phonetic, others are runs hidden in the clue, some are a bit off the wall. It’s £1 a sheet. DM to have a few dropped over to you!
One of the things I love about running in Pembrokeshire- you never know what you will meet around the corner. Had a lovely chat with the farmer, and a breather, on the way up the hill behind them!
@FloellaBenjamin@guardian After reading Mary Collingsworth’s “The taste of War” I have come to realise how much the empire sustained Britain, and often suffered hunger and hardship as a result of food and war policy. That feels like a history still ignored.
With a little help from Rubble and his crew, my birthday magnolia tree is now planted in the Vicarage garden! I really love magnolias and this was a wonderful present from my dearest wife. I look forward to beautiful flowers in years to come!
A glorious high mass at St Gabriel’s, Brynmill, @Swanbrec celebrated by the ever-refreshing Sam Aldred. Anglo-Catholic worship at its most inspiring, with a deep sense of communion. Well done to the serving team and musicians.
