@Avis Remember that time your subsidiary
@Budget
accidentally overcharged me $7,000 not once, but twice, leaving me $400 out of pocket due to fees, penalties, etc. and your response was to close my case and tell me the matter was resolved? Yeah, not cool…

@Enterprise I’m looking to rent a car month by month but want a company that will not accidentally overcharge customers thousands of dollars. What’s your policy on this? @Budget#ConsumerRights#CustomerService
@AMcConnell32 Curious to hear your thoughts on handling a customer service predicament: You accidentally charge >$7k to a customer’s card. You eventually refund the amount, but customer down $400 in creditor fees, penalties, etc. What is best customer solution? #CustomerSupport
@FerraroABG curious to hear your thoughts on this customer experience: accidental charge of >$7k to credit card results in $400 out of pocket expense once dust settled. What should @Budget do to make this right? $200 refund offered, refused out of principle #CustomerServiceFail
@KomenAdvocacy I see @Budget are sponsors of your cause. They still owe me $400 for a $7,000 accidental overcharge and are only willing to pay back $200. I’m refusing their offer on principle but will accept a $400 donation in my name instead. Can we make this happen? #pinkarmy
@Avis "Can I have the $400 you owe me for the $7,064.71 you accidently charged me for a $950 rental?", I ask @Budget, a subsidiary of @Avis. "Get f*cked", @Budget replies. Are they better than everyone else? Absolutely not.
@Avis Hey @Avis , if your subsidiary @Budget agree to pay me back the $400 they owe me for the $7,064.71 they accidently charged me for a $950 rental I will agree for it to instead be donated to this cause. It's not about the money, it's about doing the right thing, right?
@Budget It was on this day you erroneously charged me $3849.06 for the wrong rental agreement. You then erroneously charged me another $3215.65 for a mind-boggling $7,064.71 in total! I'm still $400 out of pocket and you are refusing to make me whole.
Eventually, @Budget returned *most* of the money, but still left me $400 out of pocket. Clearly, a multinational corporation with a multi-billion revenue can't afford to make a customer whole for their own colossal screwup. Fair? I think not. #corporatefacepalm#dotherightthing
If you're thinking "Well, at least it can't get any worse" then do I have news for you. When I return the rental, @Budget hit me AGAIN with ANOTHER mistaken overcharge $2958.22, bringing the grand total to an eye-watering $7,064.71 🤑🤑🤑 #nevertellmetheodds#fuckyouinparticular
@Avis Your subsidiary @Budget mistakenly overcharged me by $7,000 and is so far refusing to clean up the mess they left, leaving me out of pocket by $400. What will it take to get this fixed? #ConsumerRights#CustomerServiceFail
