@EpicGames sons and I play RocketLeague on the Switch on my family account. One son now plays Fortnight on Switch but wants to play on his PC so he can use his mic. But we can't figure out how to login, as his Epic games handle MentalQuelea307 isn't associated with an email?

@Iberia_en trying to choose seats for our flight after an email invitation by Iberia to do so, but the site always errors. Enquired with customer services but the service was poor - it seems they can't (or don't want to) help. Is there something wrong with your site?

I won the @duolingo Diamond tournament! But I'm not sure it helped my Spanish much. It's more about tactics to gain as many XP in the shortest time, with a final intense Sun evening that feels more like gaming than learning

Given the media is full of stories about the @HSBC_UK mobile app outage this morning, why does their own site still say it's still operating normally when for many including myself, it is not?

Myself and my family love @duolingo and have used it for years. This morning I was pushed to do another "Vikram's Community Helpline" - Vikram voicing some cringey life lesson, almost exclusively in English. NOT what I use Duo for! Get back to the basics you do so well pls Duo.

Chaos at St Albans station this morning after almost all ticket machines and TheTrainline go down. @TLRailUK station staff were amazing (ticket offices MUST remain open!) but free travel should really have been given in such circumstances

After taking 4 months to connect me last Autumn, greedy @bt_uk are now raising my monthly price by 14.4%, a whopping £7.63. Greedy BT adding more financial pressure to UK households and stoking UK inflation

Why can't @SkyUK do subtitles for catch up TV? Sky is 3 times more than Netflix but infinitely inferior. Inaccessibility is arguably their worst failure. Sort it out Sky

@LEGO_Group all our Xmas Lego sets were still sorted in single use plastic. Compare this with @nationaltrust's use of recyclable materials. When will you do the same?
