@Matalan These offers would be great if the products that you actually then sent customers were the ones they had actually ordered. 🙄Had to then make a trip to store and they won’t do an exchange so had to lose my Klarna payment option and pay all in one go. Poor customer service 😔

@TUIUK There is little point. It is only a month ago you changed the flights previously and after securing the flights that we wanted you have changed them again. Third change since we booked. You are not reliable as a company and let your customers down

Thanks @Halfords_uk for stopping me having a mental breakdown. Pothole damaged the car and popped the tyre. Called in at one of your branches and they got me sorted and back on the road in about an hour. Amazing customer service at Lincoln Carholme road branch. Thank you 🙏

@daciauk seriously how can we not get a replacement part for my car when it’s only 6 years old? And a reply from your parts team at the local dealers would be nice rather than being ignored aswell! 4 months off the road is really starting to grate on me!! 😡

Thanks @TUIUK. An hour and a half on the phone and no help whatsoever. Advised to use messaging service and no help whatsoever. Change our flights and then tell us the only way to claw back a day of our holiday and a reasonable flight home is to pay £1000 extra. Seriously?! 🧐

We hit a milestone last week as so far in 2023 we've managed to donate 500kg of food to the @TrussellTrust Lincoln Food Bank and Market Rasen Food Bank.

Amazing effort by staff, clients, partners and visitors who have added to this amazing cause and all the great work they do ❤️

Yesterday's @lincscham Summer Garden Party was simply fab!

The sun shone 🌞, there was plenty of delicious food and drink 🍕🥤, and plenty of laughs too 😆.

We're proud as punch to be a partner of this event and can't wait until next year.
