Very true. People who did not experience totality are so sick of hearing about it. People who were there don’t want to stop talking about it. You can’t describe it, you have to experience it. It impacts all your senses at once. It demonstrates how little we actually control. I have never witnessed anything that creates amazement and emotion on people’s faces like I saw the eclipse do. Even the most extreme storm chasers who have seen everything (so they thought) were blown away. Ridiculous traffic home but I saw no instances of road rage or aggressive driving - people were mesmerized with what they had just experienced. It was strange.
I was in KY for 2017 and planned VT since then. It still exceeded expectations to the point I’m looking into Spain for the next one in 2026. Experiencing totality should be on everyone’s bucket list. And 99.5% totality does not count - needs to be 100%.
Ok, enough. See you for the next one!
@CumberlandMaine What does the advisory relate to? It would be beneficial for residents to understand the reason for these advisories when they are posted. Thanks in advance!
Now if only the horse-folk would clean up after their pets like the dog-folk do, the rest of us wouldn’t have to dodge the manure on our otherwise pristine strip of beach! #cranebeach@CraneBeachMass
Instead of a bird's eye view here is a horse's-eye view of Crane Beach #Ipswich in this photo by Devin Kelley (dkelbcur) https://t.co/7Jgx0Da4Dg @CraneBeachMass

Tropical Storm #Bertha has made landfall along the SC coast about 20 miles east of Charleston with maximum sustained winds of 50 mph https://t.co/tW4KeGdBFb
With all this quarantining, I got this crazy idea to mix two of @TreeHouseBrewCo ‘s flagship beers - sort of like a black & tan, but #Green & Orange (#julius). @TreeHouseBrewCo has anyone ever tried this before? Result was quite rewarding!

Outside of the hockey rink, this is the maddest any Canadian is capable of being. Nuclear-level mad. Livid. This is how Canucks absolutely fucking lose it. Murderous Canadian rage.
