Hi @JeremyECrawford! A question on Tasha's Tattoos: can you upcast a spellwrought tat? I'm making it a requirement that the PC provide the artist with the spell (scroll or book) to get the tattoo, but could they upcast a 2nd L spell to a 5th L Spellwrought do you think? Thanks!

@VirginMoney I'm sure you're able to check the conversation, but I believe I did contact the team via the app and asked specifically if I had met the criteria. I was told it was dealt with by an external company and just to wait.

@VirginMoney The fact that I asked your team on the app if I had met the criteria before the time elapsed and was told just to wait. Obviously if your team had told me what the problem was we wouldn't be in this situation. This is poor customer service!

@VirginMoney @VirginMoney This is incredibly poor customer service. I contacted your team, within the time limit to check if everything was OK and was told to just wait - when in fact I had missed a small point! Why couldn't your team tell me this when I first asked rather than leading me on?

@VirginMoney ...limit I was told just to sit tight and wait, not that I hadn't yet fulfilled the criteria. So I waited, the 31 days elapsed and now I'm told I don't meet the criteria! This is dishonest in my opinion. I did everything I could to ensure I met the criteria.

@VirginMoney This is all getting a bit circular. I initially used the app, and was told to call Cust Serv who told me to sit tight. Can you tell me, should contact be within 31 days from the account opening or from all the criteria being completed?

@ChrisPerkinsDnD Very impressive. I'm in the buildings sector and can't remember a thing about projects I spent years working on! I do love these old Acq Inc vids. Pure nostalgia, but they got me - and countless others - into this hobby. I bet you couldn't have imagined how huge they would be! ❤️

@ChrisPerkinsDnD Morning Chris! I’ve been re-listening to the first few Acq Inc podcast (much like a comfy old slipper) and got all nostalgic for 4E! As a designer, do you still remember many of the rules for that edition or has that knowledge been supplanted by the superior 5e?

@mattcolville Will there be suggestions within Kingdoms & Warfare as to how a DM might introduce the new mechanics (specifically the latter) gradually, so as not to overload unfamiliar players? I.e beginning with small skirmishes then building over time to large battles. Thanks!

Hi @mattcolville. I'm reading Philip Pullman's "Daemon Voices - Essays on Storytelling" and thought you might appreciate it. Chapter 8 in particular has a great lesson on the *wood* (lore) versus the *path* (story) that reminded me of many of your videos. Possible RtG video?

Help @plusnethelp! Our internet stopped working last night and I desperately need it for work today. BT Hub 6 has solid orang light, so no connection. I’ve done all the checks, restarted it multiple times and still nothing. Please help!
