@Tesco awful customer service. No delivery 9-10pm last night, when we called at 10:45pm we were informed it was cancelled despite regular app updates from Tesco. Promised a call from customer service this am…Still nothing. I assume you’ll still be taking our monthly fee though?

Abhorrent service from @bt_uk problem with broadband for months, third engineer turned up at 4.30pm today and said he wouldn’t be able to do much as he knocked off at 5.30pm. Disappeared and never came back. To top it off, after 30 minutes on hold Customer service hung up on me!
