[Dave Greenwood @palacedave11]

@TUIUK @TUIGroup second time being on hold today, but got past the hour mark now. I normally get cut off. 🎉 Ironically I’m trying to stop a problem happening, but you don’t want to know. #pleased #pisstake #TUI #andrewflintham #tryingfor2months

[Dave Greenwood @palacedave11]

@TUIUK Hi Jo, I have emailed, Facebook messaged and rang several times. I got through once last Wednesday and someone said they was going to call me back the same day and never have. How do you propose me contact you privately?

[Dave Greenwood @palacedave11]

@TUIUK any chance you can get back to me please. I have emailed, tweeted, called several times to no avail. I have a holiday booked with you in august that you have made a mistake on. Final payment is due soon which I’m not making until you contact me and sort this mess out.

[Dave Greenwood @palacedave11]

@TUIUK you’ve booked me, my partner and kids on a non existing flight back from turkey. 🥴 how do you plan to get us home via catmando

[Dave Greenwood @palacedave11]

@jonnyh1975 @TUIUK Been trying over the last 5 days. Every time it gets to around 1hr mark it hangs up. Also tried tweeting twice and emailing to no avail.

[Dave Greenwood @palacedave11]
