Appalling customer service from @discoveryplus. Good luck if you try to contact them with an issue. Problem reported 1 month ago, no response. 1 hour so far tonight with chatbots, agent, getting timed out, retrying 😠
@discoveryplus Just spent nearly 2 hours trying to connect/ chatting to bots. Was chatting with an agent who seemed to be trying things not suggested before but got timed out for the second time tonight.
We are looking for a teacher of maths. Ideally for a January start.
