@greateranglia Can someone from Greater Anglia explain why I've received a PCN reminder telling me that I now owe £100 when I didnt receive an initial letter. Cant appeal as apparently im outside of the appeals period and the only number for NCP is an automated payment

@BritishGas want to know why I got a letter saying I'd moved to new system but nothing will change only to receive a bill today for £330 that needs to be paid by 15 May. Oh and also I now have to pay by cash or cheque. What's happened to my dd payments?

@FirstEssex so it looks that due to the change of C12 to 47, there is no bus now for commuters living in Beeleigh Link. Only 2 in the morning then nothing until after 9am. 1 at around 5.40 in the evening with the next one not until after 7pm. Any thoughts on what we do now?

@virginmedia Internet and broadband has just fallen over in the Chelmsford area. Impossible service and no pre notice of any works going on. Not happy

@NatWest_Help I've been having problems with contactless today. Keeps coming up either card error or declined. Managed to get cash out of a machine and eventually I could pay for shopping by putting in my pin but that took 2 attempts. Could it be the card itself?

@greateranglia even with your supposed new timetable, the service is still rubbish. Am currently on the 17.36 from LST to CHM and it's rammed due to being only 8 carriages. Thought the new train stock was supposed to stop short formed trains! Your service is a complete shambles
