@BeeNetwork your replacement bus service is disgraceful. Standing in the rain for half an hour at wharfside while full buses sailed past and no help from your staff. Eventually gave up and went home. £80 plus pm for terrible service is not going to encourage people to use you

@BeeNetwork On top of that I had to get on another bus to go back and pick my car up from the park and ride because of I'd left it there overnight I would have have got a parking ticket. Bunch of clowns!

@BeeNetwork Not really the point. The X50 driver was painfully rude and didn't give a toss. I pay a fortune every month for my tram pass - you need to have a good look at your communication processes. Really really poor

@metrolink another jobs worth driver at cornbrook has just watched me dash across the tracks at Castlefield to get on the Trafford Centre tram.board saying one minute to departure he refused to open the doors and then sat there for another three minutes waiting for the signal

@MCRMetrolink please give your driver of 3017a on the Trafford Centre to Cornbrook line a high five. He saw me dashing across the road and waited for me at Parkway and then did the same at Wharfside for someone else. One of the good guys.

Poor service at @JohnLewisRetail Trafford Centre today. Long queues for fitting room because 1 closed and then 20 min queue to pay (2 out of 4 tills manned) before being sent to another till and waiting for another 10 mins. Eventually ran out of time and left...

@PhilpottsLtd your Spring Gardens Manchester site is truly poor. Most people back in the office now yet you don't seem geared up for it. Half empty fridges, virtually no sandwich fillings and no hot food at 1.15pm. There's lots of better, places around. You need to up your game!

@GEORGEPRINZ5 @MCRMetrolink @clare_fleeming I'm back on the tram full time now for work - as are most people. It's pretty grim. No control of large groups of kids running riot and intimidating other passengers. Drivers just sits in his cab and does nothing.
