weekend prototype: a new button that explodes into particles when fully gauged. could turn something "daunting to tap" into something "satisfying to accomplish"?
watched a documentary about tony kroos, and it's so fascinating how, in sport, talent is bred as a family project, which often comes at the cost of breaking the family apart. same with son heung min's childhood story. behind a world-class soccer player is a maniac father.
@figma Every time I copy and paste an icon from one of my design library to an auto layout, it prompts me to "update." Is there a way to resolve this from keep happening?
@i_bogun@rive_app I love how crisp the UIs are! Can I ask what tool you used to make the "zoom in/out" transition to the bottom-left corner? Was that also done via Rive?
@UWaterloo Prototype "LearnAI" โ a new way to interface with course materials. No more digging into folders of folders in LEARN @D2L to search for instructor contacts, deadlines, or assignment info.
the hardest part of this project was figuring out how to retrieve the "tapped" list item info from the looped array JSON objects and pass it to the chip UI element
the natural search box hides everything under blackboxโit's an 2D interface equivalent to voice assistants?
i think intuitive interface = user can easily understand what we can&cannot do. i love interactions that are contextual to where the cursor pointed at
a natural language searchbox is the wrong ui for most use cases
it puts all the burden on the user to articulate good questions
a good user interface should let people incrementally explore in a variety of ways
