@OmarKelly As a general rule, any 1 on 1 drill favors the attacking player. In basketball 1 on 1 favors the scorer versus 5on5. In DB vs. WR it favors the WR with more space and no help. With the O-line/D-line, D-line is the attacking player and having more room to work favors them.
