Both of my bags are lost.

20k bags were lying around on zurich airport while everyone was trying to find their luggage . Same is the situation with lot of airports with air Canada flights. There were dogs whining in cages. This is unacceptable. My bags are lost since 5 days. Answer the calls #AirCanada

Make sure you officially file your complaint with AirCanada regarding your lost luggage in writing. I think they are banking on us not following the proper steps. My next complaint will be with the US Dept of Transportation & I'll keep going until resolved #aircanada

Disaster at Montreal Airport tonight. Why am I posting this? 1) Do not fly Air Canada. I suspect they are headed for bankruptcy again which is a shame, as I have 700k aeroplan points. 2) If you fly, take only carry-on bags. Don’t believe me? Watch my video.

Disappointed to see the pathetic refund process of MakeMyTrip. I am currently in a loss of Rs. 15,000 even after 5 months, as I have not received sufficient refunds for the international flights booked via make my trip. Very poor customer service #makemytrip #refund @makemytrip
