@Uber_Support Hey @AmericanExpress - can you nudge your partner here @UberEats - they’ve been slacking for more than 3 months getting back to me with a resolution on my monthly Amex credit. Here we are at about month 4. This has been an ongoing issue since December of last year…
For the love of @UberEats - why have I spent countless time every month for the past 7 months with your “technical support team” around an Amex Uber Cash issue? All these canned, templated responses with lazy follow up and follow through. Why can’t your team get this fixed…
@Uber_Support I am ***still*** waiting on resolution. Mere silence and template responses.
It’s been three months. Pretty soon I’m going to be reaching out to key executives on LinkedIn.
@atstabile@ErinAndrews Hi @atstabile! Enjoyed this piece on supplements. I sent you an email to your inbox 📥 listed in your bio - expanding on this topic - wanted to touch base here and let you know in case your inbox get flooded with inquiries on the daily. 😄
@united would be nice to not leave your customers stranded overnight in the Houston airport - simply due to “policy” and not providing a basic hotel accommodation for 8 hours due to flight delays — things out of my control — do the right thing - not the “policy” thing!
@MaxxChewning Depends on the projects for me. I like having the ‘option’ to work remote for periods of time when I want to dive deep into marketing projects. I also like in person with my team. Very contextual. Being in an office seat doesn’t always mean better productivity.
@MaxxChewning Not alone. Had that in October to early November. Found it supportive to step back, let things ‘be’, stay close to those close to you, and not let the whims of the world/external influences dictate my emotions. Take care of yourself first 🙂.
@MaxxChewning@MaxxChewning - I know someone who did stuff for a marketing campaign for one of my brands I manage. Here’s an example - I think she could easily switch to your brand! Let me know and I’ll connect you.
