As a way of keeping myself accountable, I'm going to do daily standups on Twitter.
Some people do journaling while others do blog posts. Me, I do brain dumps on technology, product, whatever I've been working on.
Let's go.
I love it when the newspaper front page is all local stories. Especially appreciate how it shows the impact of national and global events at home. Thanks @sdut
Today’s the day🚀

Very excited to be part of the Network Advisory Board for @livepeer - my goal is to make it super easy for builders to bring the next wave of {realtime, AI, video} apps onto the Livepeer network!

@steren Inertia. Python is the ultimate lab leak - research code that got ported to production and now everyone uses it in a sad, emergent fait accompli
I really enjoy Statecraft from @rSanti97
Had an odd experience a few months ago, got kinda upset reading one of the newsletters. Felt weird - it's just an interview, dude?
I re-checked the interviewee: Russ Vought from OMB
idk why I'm sharing this but its been on my mind
@ByrneHobart Reminiscences of a Stock Operator
I was probably 13 or 14 when I first read it - and did not really understand all of it at the time, like what the heck is a ticker tape? - but it all seemed very cool somehow.
@the_engi_nerd At least with C++ you can static link to the extent possible and ship a single executable.
But Python ... yeah, no great options. Docker is common but that has its own operational issues. My condolences.
this dev box was great until I had to start using docker
now random things like ssh agent forwarding break sporadically because docker eats up all the disk space
> debug1: Remote: Agent forwarding disabled: mkdtemp() failed: No space left on device
