Some big personal news - I'm stepping up as Technical Lead for the @Livepeer Foundation!
After nearly 2 years contributing to the Livepeer community as an open-source developer and leading my own AI-focused group to spearhead AI jobs on the network, I'm thrilled to announce that I'm starting a new role as Technical Director.
We're building something meaningful - here's what we're working on and why now 🧵
1/ 🚀 Today we’re excited to introduce the Livepeer Foundation: a new, neutral entity stewarding the next phase of growth, decentralization, and ecosystem coordination across the Livepeer network.
Live diffusion music generation sustains 12 generations per second on consumer GPU. Musicians can now perform denoising in real-time via four propagation classes. #MusicGeneration#DiffusionModels#RealTimeAudio https://t.co/7kfssknbni
🏃♂️ I've gamified my own run so I can race my own ghost with the Meta Ray-Ban Display.
I built a web app for the glasses, loaded a previous GPX from Strava, and dropped game mechanics on top.
Pick up coins when you keep pace, sprint zones reward extra points if you push, and a mini leaderboard on the lens shows how you're tracking against your past self in real time.
Best part: it actually works. Seeing your ghost 20 m ahead is a way stronger nudge than any number on a watch. 😅
Turning a diffusion model into a live streaming surface is a massive paradigm shift for audio tools.
By exposing shared-mutable latent curves, DEMON completely bypasses the chunked, multi-second processing lag of traditional generation and treats the model like playable hardware.

AI inference @ 60% of $LPT protocol revenue and the strongest quarter on record for usage and fees.
It's exciting to see everyone's work behind the scenes further showing up in the numbers. Orchestrators are adapting to the shift in workloads, we're getting better data on network performance, and next up is making it even easier for new builders to get their first job running (in under 5 mins)
Thanks @messaricrypto and @immutablejacob for making it all visible👇

When I started my professional career I was drawn towards working on projects that provide valuable information to people.
I built a few wikis by hand on my first long lost GitHub, I made maps for people to find what stores carried certain products.
I then worked in crypto, doing R&D for organisations like Gitcoin, Ethereum Foundation, Arbitrum etc.. I started my AI journey as a consumer.
It's such a fascinating topic, I can help but stare at it all day it satisfies a bunch of intellectual curiosities I have in life.
~~~~~~~~~
- What is intelligence?
- How can you learn more?
- What is possible if you had copies of yourself?
- What is consciousness?
- How important is math to us?
- What is the ceiling?
- What are people capable of?
- What if we could know everything?
I can't help but see this as something incredible. I can learn anything, do anything.
I have so much more time to explore, even though I'm bound to my computer.
Slop is how we behave.
Kicking off a new push on delegator UX, starting with transparency, thanks @b3nnn21 for driving this.
You can now check orchestrator reward & fee cut history and easily subscribe to updates. Shoutout to @0xVires for the Telegram bot and @RaidGuild for maintaining the Explorer and reviewing.
More on the way, including native notifications and better visibility into delegator earnings, keep an eye on the Explorer over the next month.
@chrishobcroft Interesting question, curious to see how others approach it. I’d say yes: it includes conventions, gotchas, key commands, and a quick architecture notes. I feel the one @AdamSoffer and @hhhuuunnn333yyy created for the website provides a good example https://t.co/GEG1xLlDNZ.
AI CT: help me settle something.
When working on a project with other people, does the shared repo contain a shared CLAUDE.md and if so, what goes in it?
