@BoseService - sat for over 30 minutes waiting to be connected to an agent on your chatbot. Not convinced it is actually doing anything. Same thing when I tried earlier today? What is going on?

@BoseService Live chat connected me after 2 HOURS. Told I’m not covered (despite power switch issue being known design fault) as I’m out of warranty. Told me I could buy QC45s for £209 (£30 more than they actually cost on Bose website). And that there is no repair service, wasteful.
