@bangtheeblazn@emilykmay Someone reopened a y2k store where the forever 21 used to be in her mall and so in her mind it’s still Forever 21. Like when my mom calls the random appliance store in the mall Sears.
@squirrelmusing@emilykmay I see em all over the east coast. California prop 65 warnings are on anything that may be sold in California. I always joke “this will kill me but only if I drink it in California”
@starvingmiffy Can you feel the progress? I struggle with gaining weight and the scale doesn’t change much for me, but I can tell when I’m well nourished based on how I feel. Do your energy levels or digestion change to let you know you’re onto something?
@princess_edtwt How much do you think she spends on groceries if she eats like this every single day? I eat like 3 small-mid sized meals a day and a few snacks in between and my grocery bill still feels astronomical. She must spend $250 a week just on herself.
@_meizzoo @princess_edtwt It was the sheer number of onion bagels with a seasoned hash brown for me. I started lookin like this when we got to two and I lost it at 3.
Earlier a coworker said she had been considering the name “Pearl” for her daughter, “but,” she said, “that’s the name of the daughter in…” and we both said “the scarlet letter” as my other coworker said “spongebob.”
@leighataughtyou@lolm4aria@Playboistas Improved diagnostic criteria and increased intervention. DSM 5 was released in 2000. But come back with more insanity, please.
@readtoyourkid @TaraAnnThieke I haven’t read a Jan Brett book since the last time I read the Mitten as a little kid, but I still remember how the pictures on the side of the page gave us a preview of the next scene. My whole class would be engaged in the illustrations of that book.
