@airbnb put me in danger. Alone in a foreign cntry 11:30pm after leaving a dangerous sit. “We’ll call within 24 hours” help me now “We can’t do anything ma’am. Your case manager is working on it” 3hrs later, from CM: I’m off now, someone will call within 24hrs. (Already sent DM)

@airbnb is really bad with solo female travelers. Been to 47 countries and recently was in a very dangerous situation. The help line told me to leave and then gave me NINE DOLLARS to find a new place. I’ve already sent you DMs, @AirbnbHelp when is someone going to do something?!

@airbnb left me on a street corner after having to leave a dangerous situation at 11:30pm. “We eventually got it right, so that’s all we can do” I didn’t volunteer to help train your ambassadors. You’ve closed this case 5x. Sent multiple DMs, why is no one addressing the issue??
