Even as we’ve battled the pandemic, we’ve continued to neglect the longer-lasting epidemic of gun violence in America. Although the shooter’s motive is not yet clear, the identity of the victims underscores an alarming rise in anti-Asian violence that must end.

The move to remote work is such a massive opportunity for diversity and inclusion work in such a myriad of ways. I am uncertain of the future but I am also very excited.
No doubt, this pandemic (and its implications) has brought on a lot of mixed emotions and uncertainty. But I love seeing us take control and plan for the future of work, and I’m excited for the opportunities this will bring.
