@marksandspencer Not entirely sure that works for your customers when it’s not obvious as there are rewards waiting until after they’ve made a purchase. I mean a discount on say underwear is a discount on underwear, I can’t see how that’s something that you save for a special occasion.
@marksandspencer why do we have to activate the offers under the new Sparks scheme? So annoying to discover there was an offer after you’ve placed your order. Why not have them automatically active if your Sparks members qualify? Guessing you’re hoping people don’t spot them?
@LidlGB please return to putting best before and sell by dates on your fresh fruit and vegetables. Sick to death of wasting money by throwing things out. These were purchased on Tuesday, today it is Thursday, they should last from Tuesday pm to Thursday am. Please do better.

Prices should be capped and based on the price of the fuel they have had delivered not speculation on what the next tanker will cost. We are being ripped off at every corner.

I take my blood pressure at home and enter the figures via the link. They they check results, viewable on NHS App, and call if concerned. Maybe your GP needs to modernise?
@virginmedia@Gazflint1971 Don’t bother, they won’t be able to help. Most non-transparent pricing structure out there. We left and now have our broadband and tv from different suppliers, pay for what we want and not for what we don’t. Virgin Media have a lot to learn about transparency and retention.
@LidlGB please would you revert to putting dates on your fresh fruit & vegetables, particularly soft fruits? So fed up of coming home with things that are mouldy. These were purchased yesterday evening.
@Matt_Pinner 20 here, must be old. First computer connection was via an acoustic coupler. You had to dial the phone number and then put the phone receiver into the coupler when you heard of the tone.
@virginmedia TY but I won’t. Your inconsistency in prices makes me feel I am being ripped off. Your bundling is not transparent, include what I don’t need & charge extra for what I do. You could learn from Sky; you pick a base package and then add on what you need. Customer since NTL days 😢
@virginmedia I was but when I clicked on the link it didn’t give any options except to go to online chat. Having spent over 5 hours ‘chatting’ with a variety of ‘people’, none of whom offered the same price as each other, I have terminated my contract. You can do better.
