Again @Menulog contacted me regarding my complaint by offering me refund although I claimed in my complaint that refund or voucher is not I have been looking for. They might think money can resolve everything, they are totally wrong. I will still report the issue to authority.

Had a terrible service by @Menulog , got my order delivered with half of order taken away by driver (I saw driver kept another bag with him). Report to customer service and don’t get it resolved as CS only offered my voucher which I don’t need.

@Manasvi_95 @Menulog They have terrible internal process and customer service. The service people wanted to ‘resolve’ everything by offering refund or voucher. But these refund will never resolve a real process issue or customer service issue.

CS even told me that Menulog does not have driver details and then left the chat first without resolving the accident. This is awful experience, how does a company contract “unknown” people to serve customers and then compromise the service quality by protecting unethical employe

@sephoraaus You cheat customer by delivering wrong product that customer did not purchase and then claim they can’t deliver the correct on-sale product that customer has purchased. Very wrong customer service and never seen a company does business like this! Will complain to FT!

Not a good example for coffee shop —- you won’t make profit when you recommend coffee shop but Google receives ad revenue when posts search links. So it is fair to pay the right.
