Buying that many shares would increase price of underlying greater than current value. Seems like an easy out for swap providers to not be required to retain shares prior to transfer.

Glad POTUS signed HALT Fentanyl Act making Fentanyl a Schedule I. Can we please @realdonaldtrump also reschedule cannabis to a Schedule III (as the HHS recommended 2 years ago) so it can be properly researched and provide clemency to non-violent individuals still serving harsh time for marijuana charges. @itstyson20
