Food Is Not Just “Burned”
Most people think digestion is simple. You eat food.
Your stomach breaks it down.
Your body burns it for energy. That is part of the story. But it is not the whole story. After a meal, your body has to decide what to do with the energy coming in.
Insulin signals that energy is available. Other signals help manage the fasting state. The liver sits in the middle, buffering the flow. That is why “what happens after eating” is not just digestion.
@paulsaladinomd I just wish that the world would be more understanding so people realise faster that the modern world needs people to think about the stuff around them more... Instead of just blindely getting all sorts of things in or on their body.
Animal-based meal prep should not feel complicated.
Most people don't fail because they're lazy.
The plan just asks too much from tired people.
Beef.
Eggs.
Fruit.
Potatoes or rice.
Dairy if tolerated.
Cook once. Eat twice.
Simple first.
Better later.
@elonmusk@techdevnotes Have you heard from people around who been able to play with the Mythos model?
Will you be able to get to that level if the info on the internet is kind close by summer?

Risks and regulatory timelines ahead? Sure. They’re not dealbreakers. This makes me even more convinced about Tesla and I plan to have a Cybercab. Building the life I want, one compute layer at a time. 🚀

Cars, energy, autonomy, robots, compute, and SpaceX’s galactic vision – it all connects. All these things seem to have a little bit of a different ending than people think. This is so much bigger than “just a car company.”
