Iv had £150 sat in my @BetUKOfficial account since Cheltenham races. There we no issues opening an account or even when I added £10 yesterday to update my details.
However, it’s not so easy to get that money paid out!! What on earth is a PayPal account document?

@wizzair 43 days still no refund! Had to make a change on our booking and required instant payment for it. Won’t be flying with Wizz Again anytime soon after this experience!

Shocking customer service, £1.45 a minute to speak to someone of no use, cancelled booking without being told and now an endless wait to get money back. #cheapforareason
