Anthropic just announced Claude's Artifacts can be published online.
This just changed online education forever.
Every single piece of content, screenshot, PDF, presentation, etc., can now be turned into an interactive learning game.
Here's a basic example:
1. Imported an entire 50-minute workshop we did at The Rundown AI University on creating commercials using AI (Transcript + the PowerPoint presentation)
2. Gave Claude Sonnet 3.5 this prompt:
"Create an interactive learning game web app in the form of a quiz based on the PDF and Transcript of a workshop attached. After each question, provide an explanation of why the answer is correct, citing relevant parts of the original text."
3. Let Claude code and generate the interactive game for you (it took ~1 minute for me)
4. Click Publish at the bottom right, and share the Artifact with your students so they can learn interactively
The number of use cases that just unlocked is wild. Imagine doing this at scale for practicing for exams, interview screening, corporate training, employee onboarding, etc.
If you're taking advantage of this, I would love to hear your use case in the comments.
Pleased to share this AI literacy activity that Harvard's Metalab AI AI Pedagogy Project published. You can access it and use it with your students or faculty to help them understand how neural networks and training data function for hands-on learning https://t.co/9IqVvn4dcj
The 6th post in my Beyond ChatGPT series is up. We must teach ethical AI practices & responsible use of detection tools for academic integrity. Students are turning to tracking their own writing process just to show that it was human, with long term consequences. (👆in bio)

I am absolutely mind blown after listening to Sal Khan from @khanacademy explain how they’re preparing to use artificial intelligence to provide differentiated and personalized support for students learning how to CODE! The responses even have cute emojis ❤️🥹

I love this flowchart on p.6 and will use it in class!
"If the purpose of higher education is to summarise knowledge, and certify this via assessment, then ChatGPT is an existential threat." (Spoiler: this isn't the purpose of higher education) @mags_blackie @samillingworth @danldixon https://t.co/fE0gpfDm7a
This is insane. This is what I’ve been alluding to for months now. This is an epochal transformative technology that will soon touch - and radically transform - ALL knowledge work. If most of your work involves sitting in front of a computer, you will be disrupted very, very soon.
