@YETICoolers is it your standard practice to cancel customized orders that were made under your promotion, only to tell the customer to try again but that if have to pay? Seems like you advertised a service but didn’t deliver once purchased.

@YETICoolers Looking for some actual assistance on my cancelled orders. Doesn't make any sense, no explanation. Can someone please help? Called cust. service and was told they cannot actually help. Not great.
@YETICoolers I placed multiple orders on Friday for customized drinkware (same images we used in previous years) totaling over $600. Why were all my customizations denied and my orders cancelled this year, without any possibility for me to make any fixes or get clarification?
@bluehost what kind of shady operation are you guys running? set my account to manual renew so it would be closed. received emails as such, confirming it was canceled. and it was somehow renewed today? please fix this.
@tacobellcare guys. What is happening with your app? The last three times I’ve ordered via the app, it’s taken over 20 minutes of me waiting in the restaurant for my order. Watching drive thru people pass me by. Losing patience for sure.
