I am +1 today.
I am grateful to God, for another 365 days spent under his guidance.
Thanks, to all those who impacted my life positively and also those who created beautiful memories with me. Cheers to another milestone to achieve memories together.
Happy birthday to me.😃😃🎂
I honoured an invitation to inspire #Medical students few days ago on "the Future of #PublicHealth initiatives" at their #meetandgreet#event, organized by @slemsaSL under #SCOPH. Their Contributions to the said topic were assuring for a better #onehealth and healthcare delivery.
I was honoured to be invited to give a health talk to the "Diocesan Dorcas Association", on Hypertension and Diabetes as risk factors for CKD. This is an association of elderly christian women with key focus on the spirituality, health and welfare of elderly women.

As the PRO of @slemsSL then, I attended the presidential session of the "Online 70th #General#Assembly#March#Meeting" organised by @IFMSA.
We discussed young healthcare professionals involvement and inclusion in the health agenda and strategic development.
Happy +1 to me.
