AI can already do many entry-level tasks. So companies may hire fewer newcomers and look more for people who already show initiative and real work.

Instead of waiting, start now.

The best time to start is when you’re still a student. That’s when you have the most room to experiment, take risks, fail, and learn without having too many responsibilities.

Build a project, even if it’s small or just for fun. Test your ideas, try simple business models, and use AI tools to design, write, prototype, and present.

This shows future employers you can create value on your own instead of waiting for someone to give you a task. You become the proof of your own ability.

Start small, start scrappy, but start now.

That’s how you survive the AI era.

By becoming the proof, not waiting for someone else to give it to you.

Okay, the anti-AI crowd is really starting to piss me off. 😆

I made one slightly provocative post about AI and art, and suddenly they all fly to my account repeating the same lines:

“Pick up a pencil.”
“You have no talent.”
“You’re not creative.”
“You’re stealing from real artists.”
“Bla bla bla…”

Guys. Enough already. 😂

If you love drawing with a pencil, go draw with a damn pencil.

If you love spending hours writing code by hand, go code.

If you want to make films, music, art or anything else without AI, do it.

I respect people who master traditional skills. What I don’t respect is using those skills to belittle people who choose different tools.

There are legitimate conversations to have about AI. Copyright. Training data. Jobs. Creativity. Let’s have them.

But showing up under every AI post to call people lazy, talentless or fake isn’t an argument.

And please retire the “pick up a pencil” line. That pencil has been through enough this week. 😭😂

@pearlsketches @oldtoons_ You're right. AI output serves purposes that don't require that kind of history. Your value wouldn't be replaced, and both artists and AI art will have their own place.
