Inflation at 1.4%. Nah -- that's GDP. What else, Miller? Oh yeah, double digit inflation each year under Biden. Wrong again. Not a single year. Worst was post pandemic 8% in 2022. What else is there to say.
Inflation 1.4%. Nah -- that's GDP. Double digit inflation under Biden each year. Nah -- not a single year, worst was 8% in 2022. As you said, Whatever.
OK I'll be the one to say it: No one is holding Nancy Guthrie for ransom.
If they were, her daughter’s $40 million net worth would have produced a seven-figure demand by now, and the woman would be home safe, case closed.
Instead, we’re fed a slow drip of non-facts, non-evidence, and carefully curated ambiguity designed to keep the spotlight locked in place.
I was born at night, but it wasn’t last night.
The sad, infuriating truth is that what we call “the news” has become a reality-control device.
Nancy Guthrie vanishes, and suddenly—poof:
No more ICE protests clogging the airwaves.
No discussion of the SAVE Act.
No scrutiny of border numbers or cartel pipelines.
No follow-up on the thousands of unaccompanied minors still missing from HHS custody.
One carefully amplified disappearance, and the entire national conversation pivots on command.
The MEDIA MACHINE selects which crisis gets oxygen - and which ones suffocate in silence.
And we’re left watching the approved story while the real ones bleed out off-screen.
Just thought you should know.
Trump on Guthrie Abduction: ‘Some Answers Coming Up Fairly Soon’ https://t.co/CcABwE0w75 via @YouTube
Another Trump like that betrays his lack of empathy. Family in pain so Trump decides to claim an imminent outcome, courtesy of him of course.
Trump outright lied about Guthrie case on Friday last, saying that answers were coming imminently. No one has even asked him how he could tell such an outright lie. I know there are many lies but this is one in the category of 'I have no clue, but here I go.'
@DecodingFoxNews Even shadier some of the prices for the drugs on there are intro offers for two months or so. The lowest form of faux populism: lie to their faces, laugh at them behind their backs.
I checked out the price of one prescription that use - Albuterol. I pay about $45 for an inhaler with my insurance. On Trump Rx it's $200. Big savings!
When Trump gets trapped by his own false claims he attacks - maybe out of fear- but the reporter was 100 percent correct and calling the reporter “stupid” does not make her wrong. Loud and angry does not equal truth, anger is an emotional cover for fear. https://t.co/hyilO8HP6I
@beautyinnis@jbillinson If we read that and don't feel that we are witnessing the sad interaction of a cuckold and a psychopathic narcissist -- and that paying for more of it is encouraging that embarrassing public exhibition -- we've pretty much lost our ability for empathy.
The Trump Admn now says beef prices are high because-- are you ready for this- illegal migrants brought their cows with them and infected American cows with screw worms. Now we have illegal cows? Undocumented cows? I need video https://t.co/fFqvouZkEc
Good chart. But 40% approval with folks that prioritize "all other issues" is a low level to start a Presidency with so not surprised that it has just remained low.
Ipsos finds Trump’s approval rating is decreasing almost entirely because of anti-incumbent economic anxiety. Approval rating among people who say the economy is the # 1 issue is -24pts since Jan. It’s stable for people who index on all other issues https://t.co/y2wDM9XMf5
As the government shutdown sets new records, SNAP benefits are frozen and ACA benefits are set to soar- POTUS renovated a White House Bathroom with marble and gold fixtures. One more heavy load off your mind, the bathroom got renno'ed.
You will be relieved to know POTUS has had a new gold lettered sign placed outside the Oval Office, as if anyboy would not know that was the Oval Office, becqause, you know, it is. Shutdown now setting new record. SNAP benefits cut office. But we have a new gold sign. #relief
There’s plenty to criticize about Eric Adams, but he gave up running for another term to vote for Cuomo and give him shot at beating the communist.
Not every politician would put his interests aside like that. For all his flaws, he put NYC first here.
Jeffries: "Now it's incumbent upon everyone in New York City, those that supported the next mayor and those that didn't, to make sure that he's as successful as he can possibly be on all the things, including, perhaps most importantly, affordability and public safety."
Bernie Sanders is way better on the Abundance debate than his fans on here. Look at this first paragraph, I’m practically standing on my chair applauding.
