If high school homecoming, parties, spring break, etc. are higher than baseball on your priority scale.
I get it.
Have as much fun as possible.
But be honest with yourself, coaches and teammates about your competitive athletics goals, which are recreational in nature.
Not everyone is chasing greatness.
Climbing the athletics ladder requires tremendous sacrifice.
You're either chasing greatness or you're not.
Don't say you want to play division 1 or professional baseball with fraternity boy habits.
