I need to look closer at this one, but I think it's talking about lean body massage gains (I.e., eucaloric or calorie surplus) Do correct me if I'm wrong!
@tednaiman Understand lots of things in medicine are used as surrogate markers. You can't do cardiac caths on everyone (nor would you want to!). And yes we all get it-- lack of push ups doesn't cause heart disease ๐
