@Nige_May@imaginecurve Just cancelled mine. I break even over the year with cashback, partly my fault for not checking offers to boost it, but the insurances is where the card really paid for itself and more.
@virginmedia I presume you have amended the order now as I’ve just received a confirmation email - is there a reason the old bill price (£27) plus the £6 upgrade fee has actually totalled £37.30 a month instead of £33? As usual, no way of responding to the confirmation email to query it!
@virginmedia Ordered a speed upgrade on the 29th September - not received it or any communication since. Tried responding to the order email to be told you don’t answer emails.
@virginmedia Clicked on the link in the email you sent me with a speed upgrade promotion. You then confirmed the order by email with an order number but I’ve not heard anything since.
Trying to talk to your robot WhatsApp chat is useless as it gives me a link and says I have no orders. There is no option to address the issue and simple puts me in a loop of non-relevant options.
@matteo_gobbi Amazing!!! I’ve been praying for this since the early days. I think it’s the last thing I need to fully integrate my viewing into your app.
@virginmedia Thanks for offering today as an early installation date and then not bother turning up. Also your “customer service” is appalling as you make it near on impossible to speak to a human. Lucky escape I think.
@DougChristianDC Not yet but I did get an update. I realised the email I sent chasing 4/5 days ago never sent as found it in my drafts so all good at the moment.
@Mark_Brookes@FragranceShopUK Wouldn’t hold out any hope of a reply. Been waiting 6 days for a reply now. Contacted PayPal for a refund in the end as gave up.
@FragranceShopUK Ordered a week ago with next day delivery guaranteed for Christmas - Never arrived. You didn't respond to any emails (5 days and waiting) and the tracking number you provided at time of order doesn't even work. Thankfully paid by PayPal to claim a refund.
@BernieSpofforth Businesses get no protections whatsoever. Supplier bust? Bang goes your credit. Ofgem then move your account to another provider who, unlike domestic customers, can charge you whatever they like. We were moved to Shell Energy who charged us 10x our old rate until we could move it
Passing our office in #Gravesend 30 minutes ago - #Götheborg. This magnificent vessel is the largest wooden sailing ship in the world, and is a to-scale replica of an 18th Century Swedish East Indiaman Götheborg I trading boat #aerialfilming#aerialphotography
@SimonJonesNews We were scheduled to leave on the 9.20am. No communication from @LeShuttle whatsoever. Next scheduled departure is at 1:09pm which we will be after so much longer than the “up to 3 hours” they are telling news outlets.
@Fox_Claire@BenChu_@BBCNewsnight Our business gas supplier went bust - we lost all our credit and got moved to a new supplier (Shell Energy) by Ofgem who charged us 30x what we were being charged by previous supplier. We had no control over this move and couldn’t stop it. Had to stay with them for 14 days.
@TfL What do I do if your checker is saying I have to pay the #ULEZ charge when it’s a #Euro6 van? I’m guessing if I ignore it and drive through I’m going to have to go through a long arduous appeal process. Or are there additional requirements in addition to it being a Euro6?
