@DavidDack It happened in March 2020, and after taking about 6 weeks to cope with the change I then built up the biggest aerobic base I ever had. Once races opened again I enjoyed two years of PBs and podium finishes.

So yeah I'm still running.

About 99% of runners will be over due to weaving, taking corners wide, GPS bouncing around buildings.
It's better to assume and plan for 26.5.

Rangers have been excellent so far in the first half with a solid game plan & discipline.

Balls in the channels causing them all sorts of problems, a better final ball second half will get a 2nd.

As expected, Beaton giving their shaky defence complete protection.
