A lot of people have taken pot shots at this but I want to go into a little more in-depth, because I think it's important to understand what people like Mira just do not get. Let's talk about writing, esp. game writing.
Everyone thinks they can write.

@rod_mallo Think about TAM. There are regional patterns about who sends more text and who sends more voice. Example: talk to anyone from Spanish- speaking countries. Audio snippets on WhatsApp are just as if not more common than text.
@elzr I am pretty aphantastic, close tabs when I’m done, and declare tab bankruptcy at 15 or so tabs when the icons are no longer visible. Usually at least once a week. Tab hoarding stresses me out. Conversely, I’m the opposite of inbox zero! I’m sure ADHD has something to do with it:)
Designers and design researchers are often surprisingly bad at sharing their work. This is because they tend to tell the linear story of their work. First I did this, then I did this.
Today is @Dwayne_McDuffie's birthday. He would have been 62 today, if he hadn't passed unexpectedly one day after his 49th birthday.
To me, and most everyone who knew him, Dwayne was a light we all orbited in someway. There are many great creators.

On #InternationalWomensDay and every other day, don't use words like 'empower' and 'celebrate'. Use words like 'hire', 'promote', 'pay', 'raise', 'bonus', 'fund', 'invest in', 'enrich', 'give equity', 'elect', 'lead' - & don't just say it, DO IT #IWD2022#IWD#FundFemaleFounders
I know everyone has seen a bunch of different summaries of cognitive biases by now, but this is a particularly good interactive overview. It is organized in ways that make exploration interesting, and there are academic quotes and sources for each bias. https://t.co/elZAr4aL20

I have not encountered anything that describes the essence of personal growth better than these words.
This thread walks you through a concrete example of how an algorithm can learn racism. It uses some math but only the minimum amount of math possible and has lots of pictures. It is *very* accessible. If that sounds like your thing read on. 🧵👇
