@MustacheBob2 This is false. Please do your research before saying things. Height/Waist ratios encourage proper body composition management more than weight standards. You can’t sauna your way to a thinner waist.
@jem_arnold@Captain7bag Codex loves tables. I’m working to get it to plot often, as you stated, and build a simple webpage to keep track of the analysis. I definitely need to built a plotting/data visualization skill, because it’s not the best.
@Treespeaker1@JohnBar57070325 That would be separate logic. If we were trying to occupy Vietnam or Afghanistan then it would be equivalent, but we didn’t.
SCOOP: Trump aides are struggling to spend an extra $500 billion on the military, delaying budget
Trump agreed to Hegseth’s bid for *~50%~* military spending boost
Vought & others objected internally
It’s so much $ they can’t figure out how to spend it
@JustJake@JoshPurtell@OverBrody Same, I just spent hours today trying to figure out what was taking my session offline, and I was happening the whole time.
@JimSmith9914@TimJHanrahan I understand, but DC isn’t the only one struggling with clearing and it’s not due to salt. VDOT hasn’t touched my neighborhood yet, but had the primary highways cleared on Monday. There just isn’t enough equipment to keep up with what we got for as long as we did.
DC residents complaining about snow clearing is a great example of where we are as a nation.
“They can just plow it. They’re too lazy, stupid, corrupt, blah blah”
*person explains why the situation is what it is*
“I can do better. I know all” *sits on X, never touches snow*
@JimSmith9914@TimJHanrahan Salt lowers the freezing point of water. When the temperature stays or drops well below the new freezing point it makes the salt rather useless. Add in that the snow pack was covered by a layer of freezing ice you now have a situation where regular plow trucks don’t work.
@mrlongshore It’s well known and looked at in strength and conditioning. It’s pretty much an indicator of rate of force production. Weaker, and less powerful athletes can’t get low shin angles because they’ll fall, so they organize their movement with higher shins w/ a slower 1st step
@Guadango@SoxOn35th The X algorithm kept a lot of S&C content off my feed for a bit and I didn’t realize how nice it was to not see ignorant comments from some of these people who know a few physiology terms and suddenly think they’re an expert
@JoeEvan14@HughMungusBruh @RobCastanoli @SoxOn35th It’s pneumatic resistance. It’s a Keiser Runner. The resistance profile is linear and isn’t affected by momentum.

Of course, but they do help train pelvic “integrity” for those who have pelvis’ that flap in the wind.
Let’s try to have some nuance with this stuff so young coaches don’t throw the baby out with the bath water
@LiveBlue06@coachrowe20 And, any one of these guys that think they’re going to improve their draft stock after these performances are fooling themselves. None of these players have superstar talent, which is fine. Team ball would improve their draft stock.
@LiveBlue06@coachrowe20 NIL has morphed into a salary cap workaround, missing the original point: endorsements. True NIL deals should incentivize athletes to be marketable. That means rewarding performance on the field and being a positive force in the community off of it.
