@NJTRANSIT_RVL Many of us on NEC 3951 need to get on the transfer Raritan Valley line#5439 . Our train was held on the tracks in Newark due to a disruptive passenger and #5439 did not wait for us. We watched it leave the tracks nearly empty. Very upsetting.
