@rabihmgeha Rabih! Can I curbside you? In your approach to the recent RLR 108 elderly fall pt, you mentioned always examining DTRs. Can you clarify how you use/interpret reflexes in that situation? I feel like most elderly pts have diminished DTRs at baseline.
@rabihmgeha Thanks for answering! You guys seem to do Fridays for most part and I work every Friday unfortunately. When you had the session on Wednesday the other week I joined and would love to join future sessions like that. Thanks again
PS - I’m a huge fan of yours and Reza on RLR! I’ve listened to every episode since the beginning. I love that you work in the ED and inpatient. I’m in EM as well — you guys are my favorite learning source by far. Thanks for all that you do!
@UnremarkableLab@medrants I recently discovered unremarkable labs and I’m hooked! Going through each episode from the beginning. Thank you Dr Centor and team! Your hard work and content is greatly appreciated.
@msenussiMD Who cares about a little blood. The ability to keep hand still without removing syringe is a plus, but that’s why I use the catheter over needle set in the kit which is designed to do the same thing. And also catheter can always transduce to be completely sure you’re venous.
@smithECGBlog@ECGcases@smithECGBlog Dr Smith I love your ekg cases. Do you allow others to use your ekg images for other teaching resources (websites/books etc) if attributed and linked back to you and your site?
@ROKeefeMD I just checked out your website and content. Incredible work! Those are some of the best written overviews I’ve ever seen. I’ll definitely be following along. Thank you 🙏
@KurteL10@brianchiong Can you specify which joints you’re seeing people screw up on? I feel like the standard X-ray order that comes up in epic for most joints is 3 view.
@Rick_Pescatore@LWestafer @ACEPNow @AAAAI_org I thought I heard a podcast where @LWestafer recommended Benadryl for most patient presentations, and research shows superiority of first gen over second gen antihistamines. 😜
@smithECGBlog Dr Smith, another great case! I was wondering if we could use your ecg images on other educational platforms if we reference and link the source to you and your blog? DM me if you’d like details!
@smithECGBlog Dr Smith - I love your content and posts so much! Are people able to use your ecgs in their website/ebook etc if we attribute and link to you? Happy to discuss further over email, I just couldn’t find a “contact me” on your website.
@rabihmgeha @DxRxEdu Great case! I’ve also loved that you guys are adding short recap videos. Super high yield and great for spaced repetition. Keep the fantastic content coming! 🙏
